Okay, I’ll admit, I struggled a bit with this list! It’s a few short, but it was what I managed to come up with this week. And yes, a few of these choices are from Harry Potter!

1. Hermione Granger (Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling) —

She likes books. ‘Nuff said.

2. Celaena Sardothien (Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas) —

Apart from, you know, the whole being-an-assassin thing, she likes books, chocolate cake, and puppies. We’d totally get along.

3. Neville Longbottom (Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling) —

Neville has always been one of my favourite characters. A little unappreciated in some novels, but he’s loyal and brave and the kind of person who’d I’d want at my lunch table.

4. Caymen Meyers (The Distance Between Us by Kasie West) —

Dang, this girl was awesome. Sarcastic, spunky, and I feel like she would be a pretty easy person to get along with at the lunch table.

5. Rachel Watts (Every Breath by Ellie Marney) —

She is soo one of my favourite heroines that I’ve read about this year. I’d demand she sat at my lunch table.

6. Luna Lovegood (Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling) —

She’s a little bit weird, a daydreamer . . . Yeah, she’d be sitting at my table.

  1. I’ve never read any books featuring these characters, but I want to read Every Word. It sounds like you have a lot of characters that like books sitting at your lunch table. I didn’t do the TTT meme this week because I’ve been doing way too many memes and linkups, but I would probably have lots of book loving characters as well.

  2. Oh man. Luna Lovegood at my table. Wouldn’t that be a party. Same with Neville Longbottom. I can tell you’re a Harry Potter fan ;) my list isn’t as serious as yours though xD mine consists mostly of book boyfriends. Great post nonetheless! <3

  3. A lot of the lists I’ve read of this one say Luna and Hermione, and I could totally see why! Hermione is just so smart and Luna is quirky. I like how you said Celaena likes cakes, and food, and fashion, I wonder if she would be scary to be around for other women?

  4. After reading your list I see that I have made a terrible mistake. I have left Hermione off of my list!! I seriously need to read Throne of Glass already! It is sitting on my shelf but I haven’t gotten to it. After reading your description of her though I want to read it more! Great list!
